Week 98: The Last Dance
Hola todos!
So last week was the beginning of my last transfer. Honestly super surreal, pero hay que trabajar aun mas duro. Literally got 5 weeks left like what the heck where did the time go?
I finished the training of my hijo peruano (Elder Mauad) and sent him off to Lago Lindo. Gonna miss him a lot tbh he made his papa proud, now I've got elder Lopez as my last companion. Super stoked for these next couple of weeks we've got some cool friends hopefully ready to make a covenant soon.
I've been doing a whole lot of reflecting on what serving a mission has done for me. To tell ya the truth I can't put it into words jaja. Maybe I'll try to do it in my last email. I often think about who I was before coming to Canada and who I am now. The difference is big. I'm grateful for a little more time to lose myself in the Lord's work.
SPIRITUAL THOUGHT
"I have learned that the most crucial question we each must answer is this: To whom or to what will I give my life?"
-President Nelson
This is such a powerful statement. Asking ourselves this question in the past, present, and future tense can give us perspective on the past and direction for the future. I encourage everyone to take some quiet time soon and really think about it. I promise it will bless your life!
