Week 64: 1,200km Road Trip, Baptism, Wedding

The title says it all.

We had 2 zone conferences literally 600km apart this week. (Look up red deer and grande prairie AB) Me and Elder Arnold went road trippin. We laughed, we cried, annnnnd I drove most of the way while he slept. Gave me a lot of time to think, ponder, etc, on life y el evangelio. Which was nice bc as a missionary those times are in fact exceedingly rare. Left on Tuesday morning and got back on Friday night.

The two zone conferences were awesome. They were a titch nerve-wracking bc I've never conducted a zone conference before haha but it was chill.  We taught on how to give the book of Mormon more effectively, if you'd like to learn the secrets hmu. but naw president liked it the missionaries liked it very positive responses all around.

BTW got to go back to Grande Prairie whaaaaaat it was awesome! Got to say hi to some spanish homies who are low key struggling but oh well. Ik God's got a plan, tengo que confiar,

Then our friend revenelle got married! It was awesome. It was a super chill service like only 15 ppl there but she was so happy. Next step her baptism on the 28th, plz send prayers she can make it!!

Then David got baptized, what a legend. He's from Ghana so he heard abt the church a whole bunch, but never joined, fast forward to when he moved to Canada his friend Joseph (a member) invited him to church. He loved it and accepted a baptismal date the 2nd lesson. Literally my idol I love this man.

But yea crazy awesome week. Weeks like this are very rewarding as a missionary.
